Terms and Conditions
- Orders will be voided if payment is not made within 48 hours after the confirmation mail has been sent to you. Please give us at least one day to process your orders.
- NO refunds and exchanges will be made out once orders have been sent out unless there are defects on item.
- NO cancelling of orders once orders have been confirmed.
- Balls And Banana will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged through the mailing process. Thus, we advise that you opt for registered mail. (Additional Charge of $2.50 for registered mail)
- Please note that if you are opting for registered mail, postage cost will be excluded from the item cost. However if you are going for normal mail, postage cost is free!
- Items are all instocks, brand new and are limited to 1 per item
- All items sold will be packed by us personally, rest assured that it will be as per described.
